求助！！4个月大的小母猫流血

猫屋地上有一片滴状鲜红色的血迹，检查后未见小猫身上有伤，4月大的应该还没到发情期。。。。。
我在网上查了一下，说是小母猫经期不会流血，不知道我那小可怜是不是生病了[em62]
各位猫友有遇过这种状况么？

如果是皮外伤，能流这么多的血出来，也应该能看到很大的伤口
可是我很仔细地检查过，也没见有受伤呀

不排除会有阴道口发炎或其它炎症的可能，还是去就医比较好

还好你的猫只是一滴血。我的猫女之前玩耍撞到了膀胱，拉了一滩血水（血+尿）。带去立德照B超，里面有血块，但没破裂，算她命大！
